Delete Your Account

If you have the app installed and can sign in, this deletes your account immediately:

1. Open Waves of Silence and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Email us at wavesofsilence.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account record (your sign-in identity and email association).
• Every mix you’ve saved to your account.
• Your stored subscription/entitlement record.

This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation — once it’s done, we can’t recover your mixes.

We keep a limited history of billing/purchase events (such as which product was purchased and when) that is no longer linked to your deleted account or identity. We retain this de-identified record for financial record-keeping and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Waves of Silence account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple and Google handle billing directly, and only they can cancel it. Before or after deleting your account, cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions) account settings to avoid future charges.
